Initially trained as a generalist Henning Haarhaus is capable to offer a wide range of legal services to his clients. He focuses his practice on property, taxation, inheritance, business and civil law matters (contracts and torts). This involves the drafting and negotiation of contracts and representation in out-of court settlements as well as the pursue of litigation. In complex legal fields like taxation or inheritance law he maintains his standard of expertise also by extra-occupational education. Henning Haarhaus represents clients all over Germany.

Business Clients

Henning Haarhaus assist his clients in deciding whether they want to operate their business as a sole proprietorship, an unlimited company, a limited partnership, a limited liability company or as a public limited company. He advises his clients on directors´ liabilities, the dissolution and reorganization of companies, business successions and acquisitions, corporate finance, taxation as well as on the members´/ shareholders´ rights. Regarding the operation of the business he assists in labour-law an commercial disputes as well as in the legal protection against unfair competition practices.

Private Clients

Henning Haarhaus provides legal advice in inheritance matters. Other fields of his practice are building law, landlord/ tenant disputes, labour disputes and other kinds of general civil legal practice. What is more, he assists his clients in filing any kind of German tax returns. At times, he also handles family law cases and other civil law matters related with the region in and around Berlin.

which were granted to him according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. He is member of the Berlin Bar Association (www.rak-berlin.de) and admitted to practice law before all courts in Germany except for the Supreme Court. Henning Haarhaus is a member of the Association of Lawyers in Berlin, the German Association for Inheritance Law and the Succession in Property Rights. Furthermore he is Secretary General of the German-Korean Lawyers´ Association.
